It's perfect for families or small groups looking to relax and explore the city. The house is not baby proofed, but children and well behaved adult pets are welcome.brbrThe location of the house is unmatched! Everything you need is within a few blocks.brIt's easy walking distance to window shopping on Magazine St, James Beard award winning restaurants, several comfy neighborhood bars, the award winning Audubon Zoo, Audubon Golf Course, Audubon Park, coffee shops, a yoga and pilates studio, a spa, Wholefoods, Walgreens, ice cream shops, and an upscale wine store.brbrIt's a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter, Mid City, Lower Garden District, and Central Business neighborhoods. Or just walk a few blocks up to St. Charles Ave and catch the streetcar towards downtown. brbrThere are new countertops and appliances in the kitchen, a private washer and dryer, and central AC/heat. There is a TV in the living room and master bedroom, both with Netflix. 2 off street parking spaces are available for small vehicles. A big vehicle will take up both spaces, but there is usually plenty of street parking available as well. The lush front yard is securely fenced in and set far back from the street. brbrThis is *not* the place for your bachelor party or a place to get rowdy.
