The house is not baby proofed, but children and well behaved adult pets are welcome.brbrThe location of the house is unmatched! Everything you need is within a few blocks.brIt's easy walking distance to window shopping on Magazine St, James Beard award winning restaurants, several comfy neighborhood bars, the award winning Audubon Zoo, Audubon Golf Course, Audubon Park, coffee shops, a yoga and pilates studio, a spa, Wholefoods, Walgreens, ice cream shops, and an upscale wine store.brbrIt's a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter, Mid City, Lower Garden District, and Central Business neighborhoods. Or just walk a few blocks up to St. Charles Ave and catch the streetcar towards downtown. brbrThere are new countertops and appliances in the kitchen, a private washer and dryer, and central AC/heat.
