While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time. If you are not at the property, our cleaners will set your items outside for you to collect. If the space you’re renting is for multiple units, the fee will be $100/hour per unit. brbr4. Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 Deodorization Fee. brbr5. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party will be charged a $1,500 fee for non-compliance with local laws. brbrExterior cameras with active recording is present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. brbr6. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces. brbr7. Please use our black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging white linens/towels. brbr8. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100. brbr9. While pets are allowed at this listing they are limited to 1 pet under 35lbs unless authorized prior to booking. Pets must be kenneled when left alone but should not disturb neighbors. Guests must clean up after pets outside. Pets should not be allowed on beds or furniture. brbr10. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed. brbr11. Please do not ship packages to yourself as we are not held responsible for them. We will not be responsible for them in the event they get lost, and will not be responsible for returning them if they are found after your departure. brbr12. Pack n` Plays and high chairs are available in the master bedroom closet. brbr13. There is a 500$ minimum fee for commercial photography and filming on the property. **All charges are the actual cost, including labor, to remedy each issue.**brbr14. This beautiful lake house is located on lake Catherine side of chef menture hwy. There’s 2 bedrooms with full size beds and 1 bunk room with 3 bunk beds. The camp has 1.5 bathrooms with a rinse off spot under the house. It has a nice size back porch and a connecting pier with a dock at the end for fishing or relaxing. There are 7 crab traps tied on the pier for your availability:) there is a lower part to the dock where you can tie your boat or jet ski to the dock. Plenty of parking! Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. If you book 5 or more nights I will have a complementary full propane tank for the barbecue pit and a full 5 gallon water jug in the water dispenser for your arrival.
