Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. brbr6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. As of May 2022, all rental platforms have specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from the platform.brbr7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.brbr8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels. There are makeup towels provided for this use.brbr9. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.brbr10. Pets are NOT allowed at this listing. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.brbr18. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate.
