The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a gazebo. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September. br GardenbrThe garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by a wood roof. The garden is equipped with small sofas and wood benches, as well as with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex. br Wellness room with bathroombrYou will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a sauna and a chromoterapy shower. Here you will also find a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally. br Laundry roombrYou will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. ParkingbrThe parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. br Living RoombrThe living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. br Mezzanine LevelbrIn the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps.
