It consists of the main house that sleeps 10, a gazebo, a pool and heated Jacuzzi, and a large parking area plus a staff of six to meet all your needs. The villa is set in a beautiful tropical garden and once inside all your senses will be awakened. The villa is five minutes from the Marina and a 10-15 minute walk, or 3 minutes by golf cart, to the private beach, Playa Minitas. It is also not far from Altos de Chavon. brThe social areas consist of a large indoor living room that opens up to a covered veranda with three different sitting areas where you can enjoy the views, read or have cocktails prepared and served by our professional staff. The exterior dining area on the terrace, with views of the garden and ocean, has two tables for eight people each. The table in the gazebo can be brought in if needed and can then sit 24. The gazebo can also be used for dining al fresco, playing cards, having tea, etc. There is a bathroom below the gazebo that serves the pool area.brAll bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, cable television, with both national and international channels; telephone for calling within the villa to both staff and other guest rooms, walk in closet and safe.
