There are laundry facilities on the roof if you need them for personal items. brbrThe building is gated and private for your safety and to take you away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. There is a receptionist on site 24 hours a day as well as a full-time building administrator and maintenance staff to take care of any needs you may have during your stay. Please note, we are not a hotel, so though there is a staff member on site at all times, we cannot always accommodate all requests instantly. The building has a relaxing lobby area and atrium garden, a rooftop pool, grilling area, as well as a game room, and laundry.
