The Verano Estate - Private 11 Bedrooms, Fully staffed, Private Chef

As someone who travels extensively for both work and personally, I have pretty high expectations when it comes to accommodations/food and service. I have never seen one property exceed in all of the above until Villa Verano! From the minute I began to work with Leonor/Arturo in the planning stage I realized there was nothing they wouldn't do to insure we had the very best trip. A chartered fishing trip for the boys, no problem. Spa services poolside for the ladies, no problem. The property is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are large and have beautiful views ( # 3,4, 5 are my favorites) The pool is crystal clear and the perfect temperature. The FOOD!!! Franko and Nestor made the most amazing meals, Breakfast buffet each morning (including Espresso from a machine they brought in at my husband's request), Poolside Lunches with the best fish tacos I have ever had, even making us the most fantastic sashimi from the tuna caught earlier by the boys and the dinners were perfectly coursed and executed. Lastly, you will not find better service than what we experienced at Villa Verano. From the house manager Jose who made sure everything was perfection (bringing in Mariachi to serenade us at our birthday dinner to finding KanJam for the crew to play poolside) He anticipated every need before we knew we needed it. And there is not enough gratitude for Freddy, Eddy, Manny, Tony and Arturo who truly would not let us or our guests lift a finger for 5 straight days. They made sure there was never an empty cup, that every need was met and after day one they felt more like friends than staff and our stay wouldn't have been the same without them. We hope to be back soon!

The property was everything I expected and more. The staff was outstanding, food was delicious, and all of our needs were quickly met. Jose, Freddy, Eddy, Manny, Franco, and Nestor were available at our beckoned command with drinks, reservations, and fresh guacamole, The grounds were pristine and spotless. Maid service was efficient and unassuming, I and my family will return to this paradise.

This was, without a doubt, the most amazing vacation ever. The grounds are beautiful- views of the bay (regular whale sighting from the terraces) and the sound of crashing surf, the location is walking distance to town, the condition of the property is fantastic, the food was exceptional, but the real difference is the staff at Villa Verano that takes care of your every need. From my first contacts were with John, Arturo, and Leonor who made arranging a trip for 32 as painless as possible, to the daily interactions with team of Jose, Freddy, Oscar, Eddy, Tony, Arturo, Alonso, and Jorge whos smiling faces are there to take care of your every need, every thing was 10/10. Unless you already have a house staff, you really have no idea what its like to have this kind of service, and if you do, I bet this group would redefine your standards. I have been organizing this trip for our company for almost 10 years. This is the first place that we have rebooked for the following year. We can't wait to go back next year.

Hard to describe really.... this property is absolutely perfect for a large group event. In my case, my 50th birthday. The Villa Verano team is better than any 5 star resort I've ever been to. They anticipate everything, pay attention to details, remember everyone's name, no request is too small or too big. My guests were absolutely pampered in a beautiful setting and loved every minute of their stay. When I booked with Kevin - he told me most guests barely leave the villa as it has everything: great views, great service, outstanding food and beverage, spa services on site, etc. Well he was right - we spent long days by the pool and couldn't have been happier. Our meals were fantastic. The rooms were also perfect - views from everyone of them and all special in their own unique way. I'll definitely go back some day and would put Villa Verano at the top of my list of places to recommend to my friends.

On behalf of the entire group, thank you! The staff at the Villa and PVBC went above and beyond in making sure we had a terrific time while in PV. I can’t say enough on how supportive and attentive the staff are. It seemed like they knew our every need in advance. Jose is a master at his job. Tony, Oscar, Pancho, and the rest of the team were simply a delight. Leonor, as always was so great to work with. Thank you, for working with us to ensure we got the dates that worked best for everyone. You made everything very easy. Professional, attentive, responsive, and very accommodating!!! The team is top notch! I didn’t hear a single complaint from anyone….nothing!!! Great job!! We are even talking about coming back in a couple years. No other place has been so great to work with on this bi-annual meeting.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here in one of the amazing waterfront villas. It is hard to know how to even begin this review, because I have so many wonderful things to say about the experience and the property. STAFF: They made our trip seamless, enjoyable, easy, entertaining, and treated us like royalty. They were so thoughtful and engaging, anticipating our every need. They knew when to partake in the conversation, and when to leave everyone alone for a nap by the pool or some quiet time. FOOD: The food was incredible. I have some restrictions in that I only eat fish and I also tend to be quite picky. I cleaned my plate at every meal. The food was lovingly and thoughtfully made. I couldn't have asked for tastier or more satisfying meals. LOCATION & PROPERTY: This is one of the best locations that you could stay at in PV. You are nestled in what feels like a tropical and private oasis, and yet you are minutes from the center of town. The property is lush, private, and immaculately maintained. There is a lovely pool and poolside bar and then a private beach area to lay out at if you prefer to be closer to the ocean. I swam as the beach is perfectly safe and conducive to swimming. Whether you want to stay at the Villa your entire time, or have adventures into town and around PV - you're in a perfect place. I cannot wait to go back!

Kevin, My name is ............ and I just wanted you to know what an incredible time we've had at the Villa this week. I came with 3 of my children our first visit 8 years ago leaving my wife and one of my sons at home due to school. I wasn't able to make the last two visits my family arranged but came this week with my wife and my two daughters. I just wanted you to know what an amazing time we have had. The landscaping alone is breathtaking! You must have 800 different types of vegetation that is so very beautiful. The staff have also been amazing!!! From Freddie, to Diego, to Jose and all others in between have been nothing but the most gracious and kind people you could ever want to be around while enjoying a vacation. Even the landscaper is the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. My only disappointment is the fact I am leaving today and missed the last two family visits. Please let Burt know how proud he can be that you have created one of the most beautiful environments on earth to come and enjoy. If there is one place that we would recommend to go for a luxurious and relaxing vacation in a place that makes you feel like your at home, it is Villa Verano and The Puerto Vallarta Beach Club. From the moment we arrived the most warm, inviting staff we have ever had the pleasure of meeting greeted us. We rented the entire estate for a destination wedding vacation and to hold our reception in. It was a massive undertaking that the staff didn't blink an eye at. Not only did they meet and anticipate all our needs throughout the week but they effortlessly helped us get the details in order for the reception throughout the course of the week. Every meal was delicious and unique and for those guests that had special dietary needs they were met at every meal and never missed. By the end of the trip the staff knew all the names of our guests and we truly couldn't imagine them not being there a part of our celebration. They were there for us from very late at night to breakfast early in the morning always with a huge smile. The process of arranging our stay was also a joy. The owners are wonderful people and they did everything possible to make our family and friends have the best vacation ever! The on site concierge was a wealth of knowledge that helped many of our guests arrange excursions and activities they are still talking about today! Villa Verano and The Puerto Vallarta Beach Club has the amazing quality of feeling like a luxurious vacation as well as the most comfortable home you could dream of. You feel at ease from the moment you arrive and honestly you don't want to ever leave. For a truly magical and most meaningful vacation or event, Villa Verano & The Puerto Vallarta Beach Club is is the absolute must destination!

Our family of 16 just spent another wonderful vacation at the villa. From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave the amazing staff is there for you with a do you need anything, everything ok? We had beautiful meals every day from the fresh fruit at breakfast to the wonderful desserts after dinner. We celebrated birthdays and our grandchildrens college graduations, the staff made them feel very special. You can't imagine a more beautiful setting to relax by the pool or enjoy the views from your private balcony. It is an easy walk into town along the beach. Thank you Villa Verano for a wonderful vacation we will be back...it is a special place.

I've never had an all around impeccable vacation before I stayed at Villa Verano. The staff immediately makes you feel like family and every facility was Five Star. There is something to do for every member of the family. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful the staff is. Imagine waking up every day to a gourmet breakfast and smiling faces, it's truly a special place.
