️ The Neighborhood

Grand Venetian is located in the Hotel Zone or Zona Hotelera and is the center point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown). There are several delicious restaurants, nightclubs and grocery stores within walking distance and you are also a short bus or taxi ride away from the bustling streets of downtown or a tranquil walk in the Marina.

Other things to note
- Renters must be at least 28 years old.
- No outside visitors are allowed.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos. - One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Hanging towels or clothes on the balconies is strictly forbidden.
- Sitting on the furniture or beds while wearing wet clothing is also prohibited.

Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.
