This one bedroom suite is one of three suites in Villa Santa Barbara ilocated on the end of the canal closest to the village with water on 2 sides. brA car is optional, we are close enough to walk to everywhere but far enough away you will not hear the traffic and noise from town. It is about an eight to ten minute walk to town or a 3 minute cab ride or water taxi ride. We also have bike for our guests on a first come basis, There is a secure gate from the street, once inside it boasts one of the best views in Barra. Please note, managers are available to help if needed 24 hours 12 months a year and will be there to greet you with beverages and snacks upon arrival your arrival November through April 30th.br This suite is located on the corner of the property with own bbq lounges and patio furnishings. There is a private outside screened dining area, perfect for meals and visiting. Inside you will find a spacious living room with huge doors that open too the terrace, beautiful built in comfortable sofa that converts to a Queen size bed for 2 more people. There is a well stocked full kitchen with Island and ambience lights throughout, and walls are decorated with owners paintings There is a dishwasher but do not count on it although we will do our best as the water is somewhat ever changing, it is Mexico!!!.brAcross from the bedroom you will find the bathroom decorated with stained glass, double sinks and a big shower. brGo out side to the common to the common area there is a pool, palapa, hammocks, out door kitchen, private dock area. You can join the other guests for happy hour listening to the song birds, charter a boat, or see a sunset.brIn the morning the French baker will come by with fresh baked goods delivered to your dock. br You can get all you need in the way of groceries and there are many great places to eat, everything from the best inexpensive taco stands to high end dining. If you are looking to get way from business of the big city and want it all in a smaller setting, this is the place is for you, It is all at your finger tips.brNote: Our place is a licensed business. When booking a rental it is important to find out if the place you rented is licensed. If it is not and the owners rent without a license and do not pay taxes, authorities are notified you may be told to leave. Always ask.
