This cosy house (semi-detached) is located in the village of Vabriga, 7 km from Porec and 1200 m from the beach. The house was built in 2010 and very tastefully decorated with modern furniture. It is situated on its own 200 m2 plot and offers its guests a beautiful covered terrace with seating set, brick barbecue, well-kept garden with flowers and olive trees for exclusive use. Covered car park in the courtyard, the entire property is fenced. The holiday home Green Marea is suitable for 4 people on a living space of 90m2 spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room, the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the covered terrace with seating, barbecue and deckchairs, as well as a separate toilet. On the upper floor is the modern bedroom with double bed and access to the covered balcony with seating, the bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. Air conditioning and WLAN are available and included in the price.brbrThe twin village of Tar-Vabriga has so far been spared from mass tourism, but still offers a good infrastructure with bars, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Just 1.5 kilometres away is the Lanterna peninsula with its many beautiful beaches. Tar-Vabriga is also an excellent starting point for exploring Istria. The coastal towns of Porec and Novigrad can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
