A beautiful and well-tended garden with magnificent flowers and old olive trees welcomes you as you enter the 1000 m² plot, the focal point of which is the fantastic pool. From the adjoining terrace, you enter the living and dining area of the villa. This is naturallyair-conditioned and invites you to enjoy a cozy evening by the open fireplace on cooler evenings. The large and fully equipped country house kitchen is located directly next to the dining area.
On the upper floor of the villa there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed, and 3 bathrooms.
