We have received feedback in the past regarding the size of the unit and that it may look larger in photos than it does in person. This is a small studio apartment and is approximately 400 sq ft. We want to be very transparent about this so please aware prior to booking.brbrThere is free street parking available on Hermitage Ave on a first-come, first-served basis. I have never had an issue finding parking in front of the apartment. Please be sure to read all the street signs and tow zone warnings before parking to avoid tickets and tows. In our kitchen you’ll find sleek cabinetry along with a full-sized stainless steel fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove. In our apartment you'll also find one full bathroom equipped with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and fresh towels. The entire space is flooded with natural light that flows in from large windows in the living room and bedroom. In our living space you'll be able to kick back and relax on our comfy couch while taking in the urban and modern decor. If you need to get some work done while vacationing, you’ll have access to WiFi and a desktop with a comfortable chair for your convenience.brbrGuest accessbrDuring your stay at our apartment you will have full and private access to the entire garden unit including the patio. Since the spot is closest to the alley, any car larger than a compact vehicle will impede others from exiting their parking space and will leave your car vulnerable to getting damaged by cars passing through the alley.

High speed internet is included. brThe room is on the first floor which is separated from the floors above by a stairway door, no need to climb stairs. The first floor has a large screen TV connected to a surround sound audio, you need subscriptions to view paid channels. Do not forget to log out of your account before leave. Quiet time is after 10PM.brThe guest book is on the desk, it has all the information you may need. The room can be locked from inside when occupied.brThe double-size bed can comfortably sleep two people, but the room size does not allow two people to waltz. Fresh bed linen, shower towels, shower liquids are provided. The shower towels are changed every two days.brWater bottles, coffee, tea bags are provided free.brA countertop mini kitchen includes coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, refrigerator, water purifier. In winter the room has oil heater.brThe working area include a large desk, a very comfortable computer chair, a bright lamp, a TV and a stereo receiver. brFirst aid kit and emergency flash light are in the desk drawer. Smoke detector/Monoxide detector are in the hallway.
