Was amazing and clean and it felt like home away from home

Our stay was phenomenal! It couldn’t have been more perfect. The apartment has everything you need. It is very clean, cozy, organized and quiet.There are tons of restaurants, shopping and things to do within waking distance. Tara was extremely accommodating and responsive. I will surely recommend this to friends and family and I will be booking again in the future.

Third time staying with this host in this building -- first time in this wonderful unit. The host has supplied everything needed for a short or longer stay. Everything was fresh and clean and the location is convenient with easy access to public transportation. Can't wait to return.

This place is amazing. Great place in a perfect area. There is plenty to do near this location. Tara is very responsive in getting back to you if you have any questions. The check-in and check-out instructions were well done. Also, Tara provides information on things to do in the area. I really can’t say enough great things about this place. I strongly recommend staying here. I know I will next time I am going to Chicago!!

Tara is a wonderful hostess. She maintains her property very nicely and considers all the small details that her guests will require during their stay. I came here from Orlando, FL with friends to see the Cubs game. While I am originally from IL and have been to several Cubs games, this was a first time visit to Wrigley for my friends. They enjoyed the location of the property, having good proximaty to restaurants, stores, and within walking distance for the Cubs game. I will stay here again during future visits to Chicago!

Parking is in an enclosed and locked garage on the property. The entire apt was well supplied and comfortableTara was fabulous extremely response and helpful we had a crisis involving loss of keys etc Fortunately we recovered them but Tara immediately gave us a duplicate Will definitely return location was great for public transportation and felt very safe. Great coffee shop a few yards away

What an amazing condo in a beautiful area of Chicago. The unit was super clean, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen was one of the best-stocked we have experienced. We were in town for work, but loved sitting out on the deck and taking morning walks throughout the lovely neighborhood!

This clean apartment is in a walkable neighborhood. I selected it because of its quiet location mentioned in other reviews and because of the available washer/dryer (don't need to pack as many clothes if you can wash what you bring!). Tara was available if anything came up -- but it didn't. We enjoyed our stay at this property very much.

Very nice accommodations, comfortable beds, great shower, easy access to Wrigley Field or L lines downtown. Host is great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and well located. Tara, the host, has gone above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of, and it truly shows. I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.What really stood out were the little things—those thoughtful touches that make a stay feel seamless and comfortable. Tara is clearly tuned into what guests appreciate: a dedicated workstation complete with an extra monitor, keyboard, and mouse (which I used extensively), a yoga mat, games, and even electric toothbrush holders in the medicine cabinet.She was also incredibly generous with supplies—plenty of coffee and tea, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and a well-stocked spice rack. The kitchen had everything we needed, from ample dishware and utensils to quality cookware.The unit itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the spacious and quiet back deck. In fact, the whole building is peaceful; we only heard neighbors once during the entire week. Because the unit is set at the back of the property, it feels like a peaceful retreat—even though it’s located right off Irving Park. I'm very sensitive to noise, and this space was perfect.All in all, a fantastic stay. Tara has created a truly welcoming home-away-from-home.

It was just perfect….so so clean, decorated to perfection, every need was anticipated. Tara is a superstar! The deck was our favorite, the stairs are redeemed! Was so convenient! Loved having Pick You Color nail salon around the corner, thanks MiMi! Thanks again!!’n

I was here with two teens. I gave them each a room and I stayed on the sofa bed because I am an early riser. Check-in was a breeze - the info provided was easy to follow and accurate. The condo was clean and spacious. Most of all, loved the location. Being close to the train made going downtown easy. We also were able to walk to Lincoln Square and the riverwalk that was nearby. Such a fun neighborhood - not too far from Wrigley either. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Overall, I would stay again.

Tara was a great host to work with. The place was immaculate and extremely well organized. Detailed check-in and out instructions, a customized booklet of local neighborhood places to eat, and private parking! No question we would stay again.

My son & I traveled through 4 states landing here for 3 nights. We loved the location, the parking, the local haunts. Super convenient for both driving & taking the train. We’ll stay again on our next trip through. Host was amazing!!!

In town for a long weekend to visit our daughter! Perfect location to get downtown on the brown line. We'll be back!

This place was great for 4 guys going to the OSU-NW game at Wrigley. 2 beds so we brought an air mattress and one on the couch. Worked out fine. One of the cleanest properties I've ever rented. Garage spot is a little tight for a minivan but it did fit. Wrigley about a 25 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and breweries within walking distance too. Would definitely stay again.

The property was a great home base to city adventure by foot bus or car. Exactly as advertised. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful location, easy check in/out. I'd stay again for sure.

The apartment was lovely and clean, and we felt safe walking around the area at night! We got a little confused with the initial key retrieval but we were able to get in contact with the host right away and she helped us out! The one thing missing was washcloths in the bathroom and dish cloths in the kitchen which would have been nice to have for showering/kitchen cleanup. Otherwise, the property is fantastic and we will definitely look at staying here again if ever in Chicago!

Stayed for 6 days with our 2 adult kids. Everything about the apartment was excellent--clean, comfortable, well stocked with lots of attention to detail. Would stay here again. A bit west of the heart of the city, but right next to one of our favorite german restaurants

Exactly as advertised with everything you could ask for. Great location and so clean and neat. Perfect for our travels in the area. Can’t wait to return.
