Duplex 3 Bed 2 Bath Apt Steps from Lincoln Square

Perfect location. Wonderful property manager. The property could have been much cleaner and the washer was not usable during our stay and there were signs of wear in the apartment, but the property manager offered to fix everything during our stay.

Not only was Billy a great host, the apartment was super rad and in a great location. I will 100% stay here next time I'm in Chicago - for work or pleasure!

We loved this apartment! Looks just like the pictures. Great light and tons of room to spread out and relax. Location is terrific. There's a nice park across the street and a bunch of good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again the next time our travels bring us back to Chicago.

Traveling with an old friend. Loved that we had our own bathrooms and were on two floors. Everything was supplied and all as advertised. Easy making the arrangements and very clear & concise communications with the owner. The garage is a big plus. Really nice little neighborhood. It would be perfect for a couple with kids. We live in a very rural area and wanted to see Chicago. This property was better than advertised! It was a short walk to the L for easy commuting to the Loop, where we walked to Field and Shedd's. We enjoyed the parks and neighborhoods by the apartment- all very safe. Apartment was spacious, clean, quiet. Kitchen stocked well for cooking meals. We would stay here again.

Really cute place and great location. Love the included parking space. It was just the two of us, but the place is huge and could easily sleep many. The biggest issue was the plumbing - we only had one working sink and one working shower, and they were on different floors. But we weren’t around except to sleep, so it worked out.

Very comfortable property close to some nice restaurants and ample shopping. Surprisingly quite at night enabled a great nights sleep.

It was the perfect place for our family of five to stay while we were in Chicago. Highly recommended!

We used the house for high school friends, who hadn't seen each other in 25 years, to attend the wedding of a another friend. The layout of the house was perfect for allowing conversations in various different settings and moods. We would use this location again for a future get together.

It had everything we needed, and was very clean. Check-in was super easy. Plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a long weekend. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the trains and everything Lincoln square/north center has to offer! The condo had everything you might need (very well stocked), and communication was great. Having a garage was a major bonus since we drove up.

We were in town visiting my daughter at Loyola. Perfect location for us. Parking was a huge bonus. So many great places close to walk to. Apartment was clean and decor was fun. The patio for also a great bonus.
