This spot is perfect for the go-getter, as there are plenty of things to do, within just a short drive like Key Vista Nature Park and Anclote Gulf Park. Shopping is close by as well.brbrThis home comes with a fenced in backyard and a private drive with plenty of room for parking. After you have spent your day out and about, feel free to come home and kick back in the backyard. This home also includes a fire pit and patio area, to really maximize relaxation. Other perks of your stay include being close to grocery stores and other big box retail. You are also only 40 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 40 Minutes to the Tampa Airport. Please note that there is no swimming at this home, there for we don't supply any beach equipment. We recommend you bring your own if you plan to visit a nearby beach.brbrNo Parties or eventsbrNeighbors value the serenity of a quiet neighborhood. Please follow all Parking, pet restrictions and property boundaries as well as monitor occupancy and noise levels to ensure consistency.br **Do not set the temps below 70 degrees. This will cause the ac to freeze up as they will not be able to cycle on and off. In Florida weather all ac’s can only cool so far with doors constantly being open and closed.**br• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping of any kind and the use of medical marijuana. If smoking outside, please dispose of butts in appropriate containers and do not litter gardens or the yards.br• Garbage and recycling Day is Tuesday and Friday. Please place garbage containers curbside on Wednesday night.br• The Sewage System of our home will be damaged if products other than toilet paper are flushed. The following are a few examples of items that cannot be flushed: diapers, bones, sanitary products, coffee grounds, band aids and dental floss.brTV is Wi-Fi streaming only using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for those apps as you will need them. There is no cable. Visitors who remain in the home after 9 pm will be considered extra guests and you will be charged as such. Visitors are any persons not listed in the reservation. br• We allow up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $150.00. You can add a third animal for another $50 fee. This extra large room is more like an efficiency. The closet is off limits but there are plenty of dressers and drawers to make yourself at home. brDirectly in front of the lanai is a little meditation area directly overlooking the water with a bowl of stones, and two reclining leather chairs to rest and find soundness of mind while on vacation. brWith an outdoor bar connecting to the kitchen you can enjoy pristine butcher block countertops, a not empty fridge and dining room are filled with cookware, drinkware, silverware, cups, keurig or coffee maker, seasonings as well as basic cleaning supplies to get you started on your home away from home vacation. (We all need Ketchup at some point)brThere is a washer and dryer room for your convenience outside of the remote dual office room near the main bathroom to handle all your muggles troubles from beach days or theme park trips.brThe lanai is furnished with plenty of seating and our beautiful hot tub with two speed jets, heat control, waterfalls and lights, and has plenty of seating to look at the water or enjoy the yard and playground. The large dining room and kitchen open up to the outside so you can easily serve to the lanai or just overlook the water from any room downstairs. The kitchen and pantry is always open.brNext to the office room is the guest bathroom. Enjoy agreeable gray renovated shower and toiletries. brUpstairs is the kids space. There is one room with toys, a full size bed, bathroom and tv. The other room is suited for older kids and has a plush queen bed, computerm gaming system and desk space perfect for a gamer, adult or child to enjoy. Room had a dresser and end tables. br All occupants are responsible for themselves, the unit, surroundings and their guests while on property.
