Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations.brbrWe cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature. brbrGuests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heater will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat.
