On this level is the spacious lounge with range of seating and dual aspect windows letting the light flood in throughout the day. A cosy library area is reached from the lounge with a comfy armchair to read your favourite book and a snug play area for wee ones- or a chill out den for the teens! The dining kitchen is well equipped to allow you to cook and try out some of the great local produce. The first bedroom, a superking, has fitted wardrobes so plenty space for storage.
