Large verandas with beautiful and relaxing views to the sea and mountains. The ceilings are high which make it cool in summer and the beamed ceiling & feature fire place with wood-burning stove in the living room make it cosy in winter. Attractive entrance patio with hand painted tiles. Close to Alvor village amenities (600m) and major town Portimão (4km). Located between two golf courses at Alto (3km) and Penina (7km). Alvor beach is 800m in front of the apartment which is very safe for children. Alvor (600m) is an attractive fishing village with many restaurants, banks, chemists, daily market, newspapers and souvenir shops and is a short evening stroll for a pleasant night time atmosphere! The apartment is fully licensed with the local Council under the Alojamento Local scheme which ensures compliance with safety standards.brThe spacious South facing balcony has table and chairs for outdoor eating. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd) of a building with no elevator. Please abstain from smoking inside the apartment. No parties allowed nor groups of under 20's - Sorry!
