Situated well away from the noisy tourist areas in a country setting yet only 5 minutes drive to the gorgeous beaches of Balaia, Falesia, Olhos D'Agua and only 15 minutes drive to the stunning beaches of Praia de Sao Raphael and Do Castelo, which are further along the coast. brbrAlthough situated in a rural area the villa is close to Albufeira, with only 5 minutes drive to the Old Town or the New Town (The Strip as it is sometime known). It is only a few minutes drive to everything you could possibly want, supermarkets, a pharmacy, many local shops and cafes. There is a mini-market available for essentials only a few minutes walk away and also close to a couple of bars and cafes. There is easy access to the A22 motorway and the EN125; driving time to Faro airport is 30 to 35 minutes with Vilamoura only 15 to 20 minutes drive away. brbrIf you don't want to drive there is a bus stop close at hand with a frequent service into Albufeira, which takes about 10 minutes. Car hire is recommended but not absolutely essential. brbrThe villa sits on its own on a large plot surrounded by fields and orchards, mainly orange trees and typical Portuguese countryside. In keeping with the surroundings the garden is well stocked with mature shrubs, palm trees and flowers, which border the large private pool adjacent to the terrace. The garden is fenced and very safe for children. brbrIn terms of accommodation, the villa is on 2 floors, there is a large lounge/dining room and a large fully fitted kitchen. On the ground floor there are three large bedrooms, two of which can be made either as a double or twin. One has an en-suite shower room with patio doors leading to the terrace and poolside area. The other two share a large well appointed shower room / bathroom. On the first floor there is a fabulous master bedroom with a terrace looking over the pool and has a beautiful new shower room; again can be made up either as a double or twin. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. brbrThe sun terraces are secluded with no other property overlooking the villa or pool area; if you want absolute privacy this villa is villa is perfect. The property is fully double glazed, has an alarm system, Satellite TV (not Sky), heating, fully air-conditioned, Wifi internet, BBQ, automatic garden irrigation system, extensive garden lighting and solar panels for hot water. First of all, thank you for your interest in the apartment! brbrLuxury, recently refurbished 4 + 2 person ground floor corner apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms facing south. With air conditioners!brbrThe apartment was refurbished in January 2018, much renovated, refurbished and much more so you can be sure that you will find a beautiful apartment for an unforgettable holiday. All walls and ceilings repainted, much of the furniture renewed, kitchen interior renewed and supplemented with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, grill plate and orange press, new bedding and towels, new TV, washing machine and lighting, air conditioners mounted in the living room and both bedrooms, new garden furniture and much more to mention ...brbrWe are very happy with the result! According to the service manager on site it has even become one of the nicest apartments on the resort so we couldn't get a better compliment.brbrThe luxury apartment is located in a quieter part, in the middle of the resort, so all facilities are within reach without being in the middle of the crowds. It is a ground floor, corner apartment of a block consisting of 6 apartments (3 ground floor, 3 1st floor) which is shielded by the surrounding garden and private is therefore also ideal if you have children. This part of Clube Albufeira is higher than the rest so that you have a nice view from the back garden. The back garden is perfectly oriented to the south so you really have the sun all day long! Even a bit of sea view in the distance.brbrYou enter the apartment in a spacious hall where you have access to all rooms. Starting with the 2nd bedroom which has 2 single beds (90x195cm), fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There is also a separate bathroom with a large sink, bath and toilet next door. In the hallway there is also cupboard space containing the setup with a washing machine and dryer. Then you come to the kitchen which is fully equipped; dishwasher, fridge, dryer, hob, coffee maker, microwave etc. The kitchen is half open, so that you look into the living room. At the rear of the apartment you will then find the master bedroom with double bed (180x200cm), fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, TV, sliding doors to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom with large sink, bath and toilet. In addition, the living room (at the end of the hall / corridor) with dining table for 6 people, comfortable seating area with sofa bed (mattress 140 cm), fireplace, TV, air conditioning and of course sliding doors to the south facing terrace is located. In total 4 beautiful swimming pools spread over the resort, nice restaurants / bars, mini golf, small supermarket for fresh sandwiches and the newspaper, playground for children, playing field with basketball, football and / or volleyball net. From the resort it is a 2 km walk to the center of Albufeira and the beach. If you think that walking too far, there are also regular buses from the resort to Albufeira and the public transport bus stops every half an hour at the entrance of the resort. Or a taxi can be ordered at the reception. If you go a little further than that 2 km to the nearest popular beach of Albufeira, there are several beautiful small beaches within 10 km between the rocks where it is wonderful to spend a day and can often be enjoyed with a sunset in one of the many beaches restaurants. In other words, there is something for everyone at the resort and in the surrounding area!brbrHave you spent your vacation in our apartment Then we will send you another review form after your stay to have the best possible picture of your experience during the stay.
