Arguably the finest location in the Algarve being only 5 minutes walk from the new exclusive W Residences (Marriot Group). This is a new 7 star Hotel, which also has apartments costing up to £3.1M. Chosen by Marriot for their only 7 star hotel in Portugal is a good indicator of the quality and standard of the nearby location. brbrAlso, only 5 minutes walk to Villa Serena, owned by the tennis player Serena Williams; Serena would not buy here unless it was in a top quality area. You can walk into Albufeira, via the Albufeira Marina, in around 25 to 30 minutes. There is a bus stop directly outside the apartment and taxis are plentiful, with a taxi rank close, and UBERS are brilliant here.brbrThe location is even more prestigious due to it's close proximity to many quality local restaurants and wine bars, walkable in just a few minutes. There is easy access to the wonderful beaches of Sao Raphael, Praia Grande, Castello and others within a 10 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive.brbrThere is a small supermarket a few minutes walk away. The famous Algarve Shopping Centre is only a 15 minute drive. brbrThere is easy access to the A22 motorway and the EN125; driving time to Faro airport is 30 to 35 minutes with Vilamoura only 20 to 25 minutes drive away. brbrOne of the unique features of this apartment is the lovely large private balcony with a built in barbecue with views over Sesmarias to the sea. The terrace / pool area is also very large so no fighting for a sun bed here. brbrFor the sporting ones among you, there are two tennis courts for use by guests only; local booking arrangements apply and at no cost. brbrThis apartment is absolutely perfect for adults and children of all ages although supervision is of course required on the terraces and in the pool area.brbrWe pride ourselves on the service we provide as we want to give a service we would expect for our own holiday. Included in the service are the local Villa Managers, Nuno and Rogerio. Often property owners ask guests to arrive at a property in a country perhaps never visited before, even late at night after a long flight, and a key is under the mat or in a security box; we think is is awful. You will be met by Nuno or Rogerio and given a tour of the apartment to ensure you know everything you need to know. Villa Pacheco is new to VRBO and is part of a private condominium of 7 luxury villas. It is a truly outstanding 3 bedroom property in a peaceful, rural and secluded setting, which affords lots of privacy. Situated well away from the noisy tourist areas yet only 20 minutes walk, or a 5 minute drive, into Albufeira. A 5 minute drive finds you at the gorgeous beaches of Balaia, Falesia and Olhos D'Agua. Only 15 minutes’ drive to the stunning beaches of Praia de Sao Raphael, Evaristo, Do Castelo and Gale, which are further along the coast. AbrbrAlthough situated just outside the centre of Albufeira it's only a 5 minute drive to the Old Town or the New Town (The Strip as it is sometime known). It is only a few minutes drive to everything you could possibly want, supermarkets, a pharmacy, many local shops and cafes. There is a mini-market available for essentials only a few minutes walk away, and also close to a couple of bars and cafes. There are plenty of shops, including Aldi, less than a mile away, but there is a good bus service and UBERS are inexpensive. brbrThere is easy access to the A22 motorway and the EN125; driving time to Faro airport is 30 to 35 minutes, with Vilamoura only 15 minutes drive away. If you don't want to drive there is a bus stop close at hand with a frequent service into Albufeira, which takes about 10 minutes. Car hire is recommended but not absolutely essential, because UBERS are plentiful in Albufeira, wonderful drivers, clean cars and around €4 or €5 into the very centre of Albufeira or the beaches. brbrThe villa sits at the end of the terrace of the condominium with its own large private garden, which is grassed (not shared with the other villas) surrounded by hedging. It is enclosed so safe for toddlers. There is a road nearby but road noise is not significant. brbrThere is a large pool shared with the other villas, but as the other villas are mainly owned by local Portuguese, who are are work during the day, it means the pool is usually very quiet. Sunbeds of course are provided in the garden area and beside the pool. brbrIn terms of accommodation, the villa is on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large lounge/dining room, a large fully fitted kitchen and a guest toilet. Everything from a dishwasher to a washing machine are provided.
