Situated well away from the noisy tourist areas in a country setting yet only 5 minutes drive to the gorgeous beaches of Balaia, Falesia, Olhos D'Agua and only 15 minutes drive to the stunning beaches of Praia de Sao Raphael and Do Castelo, which are further along the coast. brbrAlthough situated in a rural area the villa is close to Albufeira, with only 5 minutes drive to the Old Town or the New Town (The Strip as it is sometime known). It is only a few minutes drive to everything you could possibly want, supermarkets, a pharmacy, many local shops and cafes. There is a mini-market available for essentials only a few minutes walk away and also close to a couple of bars and cafes. There is easy access to the A22 motorway and the EN125; driving time to Faro airport is 30 to 35 minutes with Vilamoura only 15 to 20 minutes drive away. brbrIf you don't want to drive there is a bus stop close at hand with a frequent service into Albufeira, which takes about 10 minutes. It is quiet and well away from the noisy tourist areas yet only 5 minutes drive into Albufeira and 5 minutes drive to the fabulous beaches of Sao Raphael. The beaches are only 25 minutes walk but whilst we recommend hiring a car, it's not essential. UBERs are brilliant in the area and very cheap.brbrThe views from the villa are very special, as you will see from the photos.brbrThis villa is a truly outstanding property in a beautiful, peaceful, rural and secluded setting, which affords absolute privacy. In a country setting yet only 5 minutes drive to the gorgeous beaches close to Albufeira, and only 5 minutes drive to the Old Town or the New Town (The Strip as it is sometime known). brbrThere is a good supermarket, also selling UK products, within walking distance as well as cafes and restaurants. brbrThere is easy access to the A22 motorway and the EN125; driving time to Faro airport is 30 to 35 minutes with Vilamoura only 15 to 20 minutes drive away. brbrIn terms of accommodation the villa is on 2 floors with the main living areas on the ground floor. There is a large lounge/dining room that are stylishly furnished with a special atrium feature (see photo) and are fully air conditioned. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player with patio doors opening out to the pool area and garden. brbrThere is a large fully fitted kitchen with everything you would expect from dishwasher to microwave. All items are very high quality as are the utensils and crockery. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and iron / iron board..brbrAlso on the ground floor is a large twin bedroom with shower room, fully air conditioned and with fitted wardrobes.brbrFirst floor accommodation includes a master bedroom, air conditioned of course, with en suite facilities. Two further twin bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Both have access through patio doors to a very large terrace that overlooks the pool and garden with fabulous sea views. brbrThe property is fully double glazed and has an alarm system, satellite TV, fully air-conditioned, Wifi internet, BBQ, automatic garden irrigation system, and solar panels for hot water.
