Stayed May 20, 2023The property and the complex it is in are both very well described and maintained. We didn’t have a car and walked to the marina (20 mins, steep hill on return) and into the old part of albufera (50 mins) each day. So a car isn’t needed as long as you are happy to walk a far bit. No public transit but plenty of Ubers. (5 euros into town). Beautiful beaches walking distance and restaurants on coastline. Local shop 15 min walk but bigger one in town. Owner very helpful allowed us to leave our luggage on the last day inside appt as taxi to collect us not til 5.30. Used her suggestion of yellow fish taxi Co and extremely impressed with them. Finding the appartment is difficult in the dark as not that well signposted on the complex, taxi driver wouldn’t leave us until we had found it. Expect to find only coffee and tea.
