Luxury Stunning Villa in High Class Residential Area With Easy Access to Beaches

Casa Bianca is not only an outstanding 4 bedroom luxury property but is located in a high quality residential area. It is quiet and well away from the noisy tourist areas yet only 5 minutes drive into Albufeira and 5 minutes drive to the fabulous beaches of Sao Raphael. The beaches are only 25 minutes walk but whilst we recommend hiring a car, it's not essential. UBERs are brilliant in the area andvery cheap.

This villa is a truly outstanding property in a beautiful, peaceful, rural and secluded setting, which affords absolute privacy. In a country setting yet only 5 minutes drive to the gorgeous beaches close to Albufeira, and only 5 minutes drive to the Old Town or the New Town (The Strip as it is sometime known).

There is a good supermarket, also selling UK products, within walking distance as well as cafes and restaurants.

There is easy access to the A22 motorway and the EN125; driving time to Faro airport is 30 to 35 minutes with Vilamoura only 15 to 20 minutes drive away.

In terms of accommodation the villa is on 2 floors with the main living areas on the ground floor. There is a large lounge/dining room that are stylishly furnished with a special atrium feature (see photo) and are fully air conditioned. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player with patio doors opening out to the pool area and garden.

There is a large fully fitted kitchen with everything you would expect from dishwasher to microwave. All items are very high quality as are the utensils and crockery. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and iron / iron board..

Also on the ground floor is a large twin bedroom with shower room, fully air conditioned and with fitted wardrobes.

First floor accommodation includes a master bedroom, air conditioned of course, with en suite facilities. Two further twin bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Both have access through patio doors to a very large terrace that overlooks the pool and garden with fabulous sea views.

The property is fully double glazed and has an alarm system, satellite TV, fully air-conditioned, Wifi internet, BBQ, automatic garden irrigation system, and solar panels for hot water. There is a driveway and parking area and entry is by electronic gates.

No villa can be considered without the pool and here we have one that it not only large but can be heated with an additional charge (must be requested at least one week in advance - Please check for costs).

Cots and high chairs are available for children, as is an additional bed for a young teenager (note only 8 adults can be accommodated).

The owner will be happy to speak to you before or after the booking is confirmed to give you more information and to answer any questions.

Part of the service are the local Villa Managers, Nuno and Rogerio. Often property owners ask guests to arrive at a property, sometimes late at night, and a key is under the mat or in a security box; we think this is awful. You are met by Nuno or Rogerio and you will be provided with their contact details before arrival; this way you have a point of contact if you get lost, experience delays or just need some comfort to find your way around.

Please note, not all of the items displayed in the photos will be available as they are personal items.

There will be no construction works within the villa during the summer months. However, we cannot be held responsible for any work that may take place at other nearby properties. The local Council generally prohibits heavy construction activity between 1st July and 31st August.

If you experience any significant noise disturbances, for example, loud music from neighbouring properties, please report the matter immediately to the Villa Manager.

NOTE 2 - WHEN BOOKING A VILLA YOU SHOULD ENSURE THE VILLA IS LICENSED BY THE LOCAL COUNCIL IN PORTUGAL. IF NOT IT WILL NOT HAVE BEEN INSPECTED BY THE COUNCIL AND AWARDED A SAFETY CERTIFICATE. THIS VILLA IS LICENSED BY ALBUFEIRA COUNCIL.

NOTE 3 - GROUPS OF YOUNG SINGLE MALES AND FEMALES, STAG & HEN PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED

NOTE 4 - CAR HIRE IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT DESIRABLE

NOTE 5 - THE POOL CAN BE HEATED UPON REQUEST (5 DAYS NOTICE REQUIRED) AT ADDITIONAL COST BUT NOT DURING JUNE, JULY & AUGUST.

NOTE 6 - PRICES FOR 2027 HAVE NOT YET BEEN UPDATED AND WON'T BE UNTIL MID-2026.

NOTE 7 - FROM MAY 2024 PORTUGAL HAS INTRODUCED A DAILY TOURIST TAX THAT MUST BE PAID ON ARRIVAL TO THE VILLA MANAGER - €2 PER DAY UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 7 DAYS FOR ALL GUESTS AGED 13 AND OVER.
