Stayed Sep 21, 2024Our stay at Villa Pescadinha was perfect. The villa was very clean on arrival, well equipped. We enjoyed evenings in the old told which was a 10 minute drive and also BBQs at the villa. The villa was very secure for children with the pool area being gated off. We would stay again and already planning a return trip for next year!

Stayed Jun 17, 2023The villa was lovely and the pool was great in the hot weather. There is plenty to do in the area and if you want to work up an appetite the walk into town takes about 45 mins. It would have been great to have been given the option of a welcome pack of milk, water, bread etc. I wouldn't have minded paying extra. We arrived late on Saturday so no tea, coffee or breakfast until we went shopping. However overall a fabulous holiday was had by all. We would definitely consider booking again.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022The size of the villa and amount of space available both in and out was perfect for our family group. Unfortunately there was a lot of road noise and almost constant dog barking in the evenings. We used Uber to transport us around. You do need transport of some kind.

Stayed Jul 1, 2017We stayed at this villa for 1 week and we were 8 and 1 toddler in total. The space was perfect to accommodate all of us. The kitchen is very spacious and we loved the fact there was an outdoor stone bbq and outdoor table. This is where we had most of our dinners. I would recommend getting a car or getting taxis to get around. When we arrived, the villa was clean and tidy and Nuno was there to welcome us. We then received a tour by Mrs. Cidalia who informed us of all the house rules and if we needed anything and who to ask. Please note that air conditioning is not included. We were given the option to pay 10€ a day for it on our arrival. We did not need it as the nights were cooler. We also did encounter a slight disagreement in regards to a previously broken outdated coffee pot but they did replace it and provide us with a new one the next day. Also, the pool and grass were maintained almost daily. We felt very at home at this villa and we would definitely return. It was the perfect size for our group of people and not to mention the beautiful architecture and marble. Thanks again :)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful stay here this year! We were a family of 8 and enjoyed every minute of the holiday. The house was so spacious and clean. Big rooms and huge balcony upstairs. Its only 10 minutes into the town and very near the beach (by Car) There is a little shop/cafe/bar right across the road called Antonio's which has the daily necessities such as milk and Bread. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a fantastic pool, veranda and BBQ area where we spent every night as a family. The owner Nuno was so helpful throughout the whole process of booking the villa to the very last day! We will hopefully be back again some day! Great villa overall. The O'Sullivan Household.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely villa with beautiful pool. The villa is very peaceful and secluded, I would definitely recommend a car as the nearest large supermarket is a 10 min drive. We did not venture out in the evening, preferring to use the excellent built in bbq facilities, but again a car would be recommended to reach any of the nearby bars and restaurants.
