Windsong is an elegant 5-acre estate with 400 feet of private pink-sand beachfront on beautiful Double Bay. Windsong enjoys beach and ocean views from every major room. This luxurious property is appointed with custom furnishings, antiques, and critically acclaimed artwork.brbrEnter Windsong through the Bahama Room, a spacious glass-enclosed sun porch overlooking the gardens and furnished with a sofa, chairs, and a breakfast table. Walk through the Bahama Room into the large living room with its 15 foot ceilings and wall of glass overlooking the grand patio, beach, and ocean. Large sliding doors open to admit the ocean breeze. The grand patio includes a large covered porch with a wicker lounge set and a separate breakfast table. Beyond is a bow-fronted open patio with loungers for sunbathing and enjoying the ocean view. Sand paths lead to the beach from each side of the patio.brbr Back inside, to the right of the living room is the master bedroom suite with queen bed and French doors opening onto an ocean-view terrace. French doors on both walls open to admit a pleasant cross-breeze. The vast en-suite bathroom features a double-headed walk-in shower, separate tub, and dual sinks with an ocean view. A side door opens to a private outdoor shower.brbrTo the left of the living room is the formal dining room with wall of glass overlooking the beach and ocean. The dining room has seating for 12. Large sliding glass doors can be opened to admit the breeze. Adjacent to the dining room is the modern kitchen done in retro style with gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. This wing of the estate also houses a TV room/office which serves as the second bedroom of the Main House. It's furnished with a flat-screen satellite TV, desk, day bed, and chairs.brbrBeside the main house are two charming guest cottages. The first, with a commanding ocean view and a high tray ceiling, has large sliders out to a porch overlooking the ocean. It's furnished with a king bed. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower with dual heads. The second guest cottage is furnished with a king bed plus a day bed and a trundle bed. It's equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, sink, toaster oven, coffee maker) and a full bath. Each guest cottage has a private outdoor shower. IF YOU DON'T USE THE GUESTS HOUSES, WE WILL NOT RENT THEM TO ANYONE ELSE. YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE ESTATE TO YOURSELF.brbrThe beach in front of the house is spectacular: wide, pristine, pink sand, two miles long and usually deserted. The large beachfront palapa, furnished with chairs and loungers, is a perfect spot to gather for a beverage. Or relax in the one of the two hammocks strung in the palm groves. There are coral reefs and a large cay offshore for snorkeling and exploring. The estate comes with two sea kayaks. brbrWindsong House is fully air conditioned. Indoor amenities include super-fast Starlink internet, satellite TV, DVD player, yoga mats, hand weights, and board games. There is a gas grill and an outdoor dining area for cookouts. Windsong is equipped with everything you need to enjoy its beautiful beach, including beach chairs, boogie boards, and kayaks. There is also a back-up generator.brbrWindsong House is just 5 minutes from Palmetto Point which has a general store, a restaurant, and other businesses. 10 minutes beyond is the island's capital, Governors Harbour. Governors Harbour has a charming collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking its historic harbor. Buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock, or visit the recently restored Haynes Library, which dates from 1897, for the weekly coffee hour for foreign residents and tourists. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. Friday Night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour, a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street, is not to be missed.

Welcome to this delightful Eleuthera Piccolo Smeraldo house located in the exclusive Double Bay, South Palmetto. Completed in January 2026, off Bank Road, directly on the pink sand of Double Bay Beach with 120 ft of beach frontage. This place offers incredible sunrise views from the house and grounds. More than 1 acre of TOTAL PRIVACY. Stroll down the easy-graded walkway among tropical vegetation to the pristine beach area. On a quiet day you can hear the ocean surf. At night, because of the privacy and very little light pollution, star gazing is great.brAfter your day in the sun, kick back on the cushioned chairs/lounge, and relax in the air-conditioning while watching your favorite shows/movies on the 50 Smart TV. (bring your login info for your favorite tv apps) WIFI is included but is not guaranteed! You will be on a small island with poor infrastructure and power/internet outages are fairly frequent! Prepare a plan with your cell carrier if you absolutely need constant internet. In the main area, there is a full kitchen with a kitchen island. The Kitchen is fully equipped along with all the comforts you would expect in your own vacation home. Microwave a snack or cook some fresh fish from the market or a local fisherman (or your catch of the day) in the gas stove or oven. Enjoy your meal with the provided utensils and glasses, coffee cups and dishes. Make your morning coffee with the available espresso or drip coffee machines (Bring your favorite coffee). Each bedroom has a full size closet with plenty of space to hold all your luggage and your belongings.brThis house was finished in January 2026. It was built according to recent local codes to withstand extreme hurricane force winds, including doors and windows! When booking this house, our goal is a completely satisfactory experience. After each booking this home is thoroughly inspected, cleaned and laundered. Your booking includes non-stop support from ownership and our local caretaker. This is our home for several months a year, and we believe you will quickly see how it has all you need to vacation on beautiful Eleuthera Island.br Eleuthera Piccolo Smeraldo is located off the famous Bank Road, an unpaved road that snakes through the tropical vegetation with stunning view of the ocean.brbrPiccolo Smeraldo is located just south of the settlement of North Palmetto Point which has several grocery shops, pharmacy and restaurants. The historic town of Governor's Harbour, the main town on the island, is a twenty minutes drive from the property. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, banks with ATM's, gift shops, liquor stores, dive shop, bakery, and half a dozen excellent restaurants. One or another of the restaurants/bars will have live music almost every night of the week. You can also buy the fresh catch of the day to cook at home from the town dock.brbrELEUTHERA IS NOT FOR EVERYONE;brIf Miami Beach is your thing we respectfully suggest you pick a different destination. Eleuthera is a sleepy island with some flaws; bad roads, dated infrastructure, more frequent than back home power / internet outages and some slow service at times. We say this because we want you to be fully informed about our island before you book your vacation. In Eleuthera people are genuine, helpful and kind. It is unspoiled and gorgeous with no traffic jam, no traffic lights and kind drivers. You will explore the most stunning beaches you have ever seen and have them usually all to yourself. Last but not least, crime is very low in Eleuthera unlike other Bahamian and Caribbean islands.

Endless Summer is a private 5-bedroom, 5-bath estate on secluded pink sand beach in Double Bay, just 15 minutes from the historic town of Governor's Harbour. Endless Summer has a beautiful heated beachfront pool. (A charge of $35 per day applies to heat the pool.)brbrThis grand home's great room boasts floor to ceiling windows, allowing unobstructed ocean views from the living and dining areas. The kitchen, which also has ocean views, is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking a family meal. The great room looks out across the vast ocean-view and pool-view patio, which extends the full lenth of the house and is furnished for outdoor lounging, dining, and grilling.brbrBack inside, two bedrooms are located on each side of the large great room, allowing for privacy for multiple family rentals. 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer an en suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a bathroom across the hall. brbrTwo of the bedrooms, including the master, have ocean views and access to the ocean-view patio. The extra-large master bedroom features a sitting area with French doors leading to the patio and an oversized suken tub. Two of the bedrooms, including the master, have king beds, and two have queen beds.brbrA short walk from the back patio brings you to the pool, and just past it, our beautiful 2-mile-long pink-sand beach with a private palapa. Kayaks, snorkel equipment, beach toys, beach towels and four beach chairs are available for your use. An outdoor shower is available on your way back to the house to rinse off after a day at the beach.brbrEndless Summer's fifth bedroom is in a one-bedroom cottage with an ocean view located a short walk from the main house. It's available for an extra charge of $900 per week, which also pays for two extra guests. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, a full bath, a living room with a sofa, chair, and flat screen TV with DVD player, a dining area, and a kitchenette. The guest cottage even has its own path to the beach for extra privacy. If you rent the Main House but do not need the guest cottage, it will be locked off and NOT rented to someone else. You will not have to share the estate with other guests.brbrEndless Summer also has two rollaway beds for extra guests, giving the house a maximum capacity of 12 guests.brbrEndless Summer is equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Amenities include central air conditioning, back-up generator, satellite TV (in the great room only), a DVD player with video library, WiFi, a stereo system with CD player, and a library of books and games.
