Er is een ruime kast om de eigen voorraad in op te bergen.brEr zijn vier slaapkamers, waarvan drie beneden en één boven. Eén van de slaapkamers beneden heeft een eigen wastafel. Op het terrein bij het huisje zelf zijn geen camera's.brbrLet op!brDe maximale belasting van de stapelbedden in slaapkamer 2 is 90kg per bed.brHet toegangspad naar het huisje begint met enkele treden en is daardoor niet goed toegankelijk voor een rolstoel. Zie foto's.brDe vierde slaapkamer boven is bereikbaar via een trap die behoorlijk steil is.brbr--- HEEL BELANGRIJK ----brMensen verblijven in dit natuurgebied om van de stilte te genieten. Respecteer de rust in het bos. Het is daarom niet toegestaan enige vorm van overlast rond het huis en in het bos te veroorzaken.brDeze locatie is absoluut niet geschikt voor joligheid met muziek of veel geschreeuw. Het huisje staat op een duin waardoor geluid ver het bos in gaat en tot overlast kan leiden bij andere bewoners, ook al zie je hun huisjes niet. Overmatig alcoholgebruik is niet toegestaan en drugsgebruik al helemaal niet. In dit gebied geldt de regel dat het na 22.00 uur stil is.brBuiten op het terrein zijn sensors aanwezig die het geluidsniveau meten en melden, zodat hinder voor de buren kan worden voorkomen. De sensors nemen dus niet op, maar geven alleen een melding bij een bepaald geluidsniveau.brDus zoek je vertier tot laat in de nacht boek dan deze accommodatie NIET en zoek verder!brbrHuisregels en bepalingen:br- Roken in het huis is niet toegestaan, ook niet bij een open raam. Als u buiten rookt gooi dan de peuken niet op de grond, maar in de afvalbak.br- In het huisje en op het terrein zijn geen huisdieren toegestaan.br- Feesten of evenementen zijn niet toegestaan. Deze locatie is absoluut niet geschikt voor joligheid met muziek of geschreeuw.br- Zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming is het niet toegestaan externe gasten te ontvangen of te laten overnachten.br- Om het water schoon te houden mag er niet gegeten of gedronken worden in het badhuis. Drinkwater is toegestaan, maar niet in glazen bekers.br- Het is niet toegestaan om iets te doen dat overlast kan veroorzaken voor bewoners van nabijgelegen huisjes. Vaak is men er zich niet van bewust dat het geluid ver het bos in reikt. Ook het afspelen van muziek is buiten niet toegestaan.br- Tussen 22.00 en 07.00 uur moet het stil zijn in het bos.br- Dit huisje is niet geschikt voor groepen jongeren, studenten en sportteams.br- Drugsgebruik en overmatig alcoholgebruik zijn niet toegestaan.br- Om geluidsoverlast te signaleren hangen er geluidssensoren op het terrein. Ze nemen niet op, maar kunnen een notificatie geven als er geluidsoverlast voor de buren dreigt.br- Kaarsen zijn niet toegestaan. Er zijn wel batterij-kaarsen beschikbaar die u kunt gebruiken.br- Er mag geen vuurwerk worden afgestoken. Ook niet met de jaarswisseling.br- Open vuur is op het terrein niet toegestaan.br- In de afvalbak in de carport mogen alleen afgesloten vuilniszakken, omdat wij die zakken afzonderlijk naar een gemeentelijke afvalcontainer moeten brengen.br- Er mogen geen statiegeld flessen/blokjes/kratten achtergelaten worden.br- Wij willen graag direct op de hoogte gesteld worden als er tijdens de huurperiode iets kapot is gegaan, beschadigd is geraakt of vies is geworden. We kunnen het dan weer herstellen voor de volgende gasten.br- De barbecue kan gebruikt worden, maar moet na afloop zelf weer worden schoongemaakt. Als de barbecue niet is schoongemaakt brengen wij €50 aan schoonmaakkosten in rekening.br- Bij normaal gebruik kan het filtersysteem het water in de spa helder houden. Bij ernstige vervuiling brengen wij €200 aan kosten in rekening. Het kost een paar uur om het water te verversen en bij het weer op temperatuur brengen zijn behoorlijk wat energiekosten mee gemoeid.br- Indien nodig kunnen wij langskomen voor spa-onderhoud of noodzakelijke reparaties en inspecties.
