There is the ability to close a door to the first floor bedroom and full bath to make it an en suite. brbrbrbrThe first floor bedroom might be a good option for those with mobility issues as there is only one single step to the first floor at the front door entry. There is a fully stocked kitchen on the first floor with a dedicated dining room and living room on the first floor.brbrbrbrGuest Access:brbrEntire space of the homebrbrbrbrThe Neighborhood:brbrWe are right down the road from the largest Amazon distribution warehouse in the country, so we are near all major highway arteries. This warehouse does not impact traffic on this road.brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrThe home shares a driveway with a separate, rear bedroom apartment. There is plenty of street parking right in front of the house.brbrWe do not allow cats on our property. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and with prior approval only.
