Bright, super clean 1st fl, 1200 sq ft, 2 bedroom apartment that feels like a single family home close 95, downtown and 202. 2 spacious bedrooms with king sized beds, brand new modern kitchen with gas cooking, washer and dryer on site, off street parking for one vehicle.



The Space:

1st floor apartment with private entrance that feels more like a house. This is a single family style house not attached to neighbors. Newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher,gas range and plenty of storage. Private laundry in the basement which is not shared with the upstairs unit.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the sought after Triangle neighborhood. Quiet, safe and near Salesianum High School.



Getting Around:

You will need a car to get around, especially for groceries. Decent liquor store within walking distance. Cafe that serves breakfast, coffee and lunch within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

There's is an upstairs unit with a long term tenant. May hear footsteps or occasional dog bark.



We do not allow cats on our property. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and with prior approval only. You must pay the $150 pet fee in order to have your reservation approved for your pet. There is a $500 undisclosed pet fee.



Interaction with Guests:

We are local and are available for emergencies. Self check in means you can have your privacy. We are local, experienced professional superhosts with multiple properties. Our job is to take care of our guests and make sure they have the best experience possible. We are available for any immediate issues, but we tend to check in by message during your stay to make sure everything is going well.

    My dad and I had a nice stay at this property. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. You might want to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the floors are squeaky and there is a tenant who lives upstairs. I had no problems with my ear plugs in at night
