The athletic club includes three pools (wave, adult infinity and indoor pools), a fantastic restaurant, sanded volleyball court, miniature golf course, fully equipped fitness gym, sauna, and lockers. Lighted basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts are on the way to the athletic club.brbrThe first floor of the home has a queen bed suite with a full bath and sitting area off of the bedroom. The sitting room has a queen size pull-out couch and 65-inch large screen tv hanging over a fire place. A small furnished patio, with a grill, is off the sitting room. The patio is perfect to enjoy a cigar, to get some time alone or read a book. This first floor is the perfect location for a small family or a couple in the group that wants their full privacy. brbrThe second floor has an open floor plan with large well-equipped kitchen opened to a dining area and family room with a fireplace.
