The downstairs features a breakfast area with a fully equipped kitchen that has new cabinets, granite countertops and steel appliances (new refrigerator and stove for 2025). The downstairs also has a half bathroom that has been completely updated, and a dining room and living room with beautiful, matching furniture including a new sofa and loveseat for 2025. The back porch features both new windows with sliders and recently added furniture, and comes complete with a ceiling fan for those warm summer nights! The upstairs has also undergone significant upgrades featuring a renovated master bath with a large gorgeous new custom shower and double sinks! The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and 1 twin bed. In addition there is a large foyer at the top of the stairs where there is a queen sleeper sofa and a TV for additional space to enjoy during your visit. You can rent one side or both if you are vacationing with friends or extended family. We are 200 steps to the Ocean with a private beach and we have beautiful bay views from the porch. There are refreshing outside showers to use after a fun filled day at the beach. The backyard has a gas grill that goes perfectly with the outside kitchen. This is our family beach home and our children grew up spending their summers on Bay Road. It is a very special place to us and I'm sure you will love it too.br
