Walkable amenities include an outdoor pool (May - September), tennis and pickleball courts, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, and a clubhouse with a heated indoor pool and spa (open September-June only) and fitness equipment. Golf course fees are affordable and charged separately.brbrThe garage is available to store beach equipment and bikes and Kayaks. You can bring your own or rent a kayak to use in the canals or on the Salt Pond.
