pNant Llys is a beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, self-catering holiday home, spectacularly placed in the centre of the seaside town of New Quay – Ceinewydd in Ceredigion, West Wales, with amazing views of the sea, harbour and beach. /pbrbrpBelieved to have been built in the 1800’s as a fisherman’s cottage, this Grade 2 listed building has been newly renovated providing the ambience for relaxed seaside living for 4 guests. It has lovely features, including a flagstone floor in the hall, exposed stone fireplace and log burning stove. /pbrbrpThere are two bedrooms both with stunning views of the sea. The master bedroom has a king-size bed that can be separated into two singles. The second bedroom has a cabin bunk which also sleeps 2. There is one family bathroom with a shower and laundry cupboard housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. It is perfect for a weekend away or family holiday at the seaside. We will consider one small, well behaved dog, who is happy to sleep downstairs. The cottage is strictly no smoking. /pbrbrpThe garden terraces are accessed by steps. There is a spiral staircase leading to the BBQ area and a further set of steps leading to the highest terrace which backs on to the coastal path. This area enjoys spectacular views over the top of the house from where dolphins can sometimes be spotted. New Quay is located on Cardigan Bay with a harbour and large sandy beaches. It lies on the Ceredigion Costal path and remains a popular seaside resort and traditional fishing town. The sheltered harbour and safe beaches are the focus of activity in the summer when New Quay becomes a bustling holiday resort. As soon as you step out of the front door at Nant Llys, you are faced with the most spectacular view of the sea. It is a wonderful place to spot the dolphins of Cardigan Bay. Just a couple of minutes down the hill there are three stunning beaches and an abundance of restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes. There is a fantastic, local butchers, selling farm fresh meats and home baked pies and cakes. Also, a fish mongers and the most amazing ice cream shop. There are water sports, fishing trips, Dolphin spotting boat trips, Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre and more. Nant Llys’ garden gate leads to the Ceredigion Coastal path. The terraces at the rear of the cottage offer fantastic views of Cardigan bay. The terraces are accessed by steps, including a spiral staircase to the first terrace where there is a cooking area and table that seats 6 people. There is a further set of steps to the top terrace which is a seating area./p

Just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, the cottage has sea views and is located in a peaceful area. /pbrbrpEfail Fach, is close to Coastal Paths. The area is also a popular choice for sailing holidays, watersports and dolphin watching. /pbrbrpNew Quay has many restaurants, and bars to enjoy. /pbrbrpThere is an elevated sun terrace with views over the top the cottage. /pbrbrpPet friendly . /pbrbrpThe cottage has a master bedroom with a super king-size bed; a second bedroom also with a super king bed. Both beds can be prepared as twins. The third bedroom on the ground floor is a cabin bunk room with standard, single size mattresses. There is a downstairs bathroom with  shower and a separate cloakroom is situated on the first floor, all newly renovated. /pbrbrpThe cottage enjoys a smart flat-screen TV with streaming services. There is a separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer and dishwasher. /pbrbrpWe have a high chair available on request. /pbrbrpThere is an elevated terrace at the rear of the cottage with amazing views of the sea. We have a new six seater dining table and chairs to sit, eat and relax outside. /pbrbrpLinen and towels are provided. /pbrbrpGuests may access all areas apart from storage cupboards. We are on hand to assist during your stay with queries. /pbrbrpEfail Fach is located in the heart of New Quay. It is not possible to park in front of the cottage, but there are generally spaces on Gomer Crescent/High Terrace and Picton Terrace which are minutes away. It is possible to unload luggage and supplies very near the cottage by either accessing it from Gomer Crescent/High Terrace which will take you down to White Street where the cottage is located (although restricted access) but quite close. Alternatively if you have a small car you can access via Picton Terrace, although can be difficult due to narrow lane so best to assess this before taking your car down. /pbrbrpThere are two large car parks near by. /pbrbrpThe Cottage is accessed via small steps to the front./p
