The shared kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge are also upstairs for you to use. All other family bedrooms (and one more guest room) are downstairs, so your stay upstairs will be nice and private.brbrYou’ll have free access to the laundry, shared bathroom, kitchen facilities, living and dining areas, and the spa (available during the colder seasons). We are generally available in person or by phone to help with any questions or assistance you may need to make your stay enjoyable.brbrWe love music, and our two little boys are quite chatty—hopefully you don’t mind! We also have a newborn, so we apologise in advance if she gets upset from time to time. Lastly, we have a big, friendly, fluffy husky that you’re welcome to play with in the backyard (just remember to keep the gate shut, he’s a bit sneaky!).brbrWe live on a quiet street, nice and close to the Avon River. We also offer bike rentals at a daily rate of $25 per person, including a helmet.
