    Very clean, modern, with lots of well thought out details. Appreciated having a washer and an outdoor line for our woolens and sports gear. Street parking was never an issue. Easy walk to breakfast (loved Luciano’s!), the park, the Avon… The plug-in air freshener gave me a headache, but the space aired out quickly once we turned it off.

    The stay was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The appliances were new and modern. I highly recommend staying here. It is close walking to everything you need and the hosts are very friendly and responsive. If I come back to Christchurch we will stay here again.

    Located 1/2 block from a fantastic park with grass fields that rival a PGA golf coarse and 1/2 mile from the famous Christchurch Botanical Garden. The apartment is new clean and met our needs for our stay Read discretion closely and be aware if you have a car parking can be a pain.Check in and check out was smooth. Would like more than 1 day notice on key code. What happened to Vrbo saying 3-5 days?

    We loved our stay. The apt was perfect for our needs and just a 15 minute walk to the Riverfront Market and a variety of cafes and restaurants. And Christchurch is a fun town to hangout in! We hope to be back. Ingrid and John

    This really is a fabulous house in a super location. Top quality through out and wonderfully comfortable. We had everything we could need and more. Great host and easy communication. Easy walk to the park and town. We even walked an easy 25 mins to the train station for the Tranzalpine. Highly recommended

    Within 25 easy minutes walk of the station across Hadley park (great start for our return trip on the trans alpine) and with the no 7 bus to the bus exchange passing the front door. Fully fitted out 2 story apartment suited our needs. We had a great time. Final day we checked out , leaving luggage at bus interchange before heading by bus to airport.

    Convenient to Christchurch Botanic Gardens, a focus of the visit. Also close to the city center and its restaurants, etc. When necessary, we used Uber; but the city is flat and walking was the easiest.

    Kim was an excellent host. Very friendly and informative. The property is beautiful and in a great location to be able to explore Christchurch CBD by foot and easy day trips elsewhere.
