Guests have their own private entrance and use of a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, clothes line, bike shed, bathroom, Japanese bidet toilet, furnished outdoor area, two bedrooms with king sized beds and a private car park.brbrWe have a self check in system so it is not necessary for guests to meet me. However, I only live 10 minutes away so if you have any issues I can be there ASAP. Always happy to answer any questions.brbrThis property is located in the central suburb of Richmond tucked away on a quiet side street just a 6 minute drive from the city centre. A New World supermarket on Stanmore is walking distance and a 7 minute walk from Escape Artists, Christchurch.brbrDriving: Christchurch has very little traffic so easy to get around Please be aware we have many one way streets! Sometimes it can be hard to find a park in town during the day so it`s best to walk if you are not traveling outside the city centre. brbrPublic Transport: Our public bus interchange (or station) is on the corner of Lichfield and Colombo streets. If you are paying by cash one fare within zone 1 (zone 2 is out in the country) will cost you $2.40 for a child and $4.20 for an adult. You will have one free transfer that is valid for two hours after the purchase of your ticket. This gives you one free ride upon presenting yourticket to the bus driver. brbrShared Economy Transport: We have shared economy `taxis` such as Uber and Ola, these are much cheaper than standard taxis. We also have Lime electric scooters which are a fun and cheap way to get around Please be considerate of the other cars, cyclists and pedestrians using our roads and footpaths.brWe have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours.
