The house is situated in the west of the island near the beach and is at the end of a road near a 10.000 m² banana plantation. It is easily accessible by car. Thanks to its location at only 200 m above sea level, the climate is good all year round and temperatures rarely drop below 20 °C.brbrRight next to the house there is a hiking trail (GR131) that leads directly to the beach Tazacorte. It is a 15 to 20 minutes walk. There are many other attractions of the island nearby which can be easily explored by car. About 5 minutes drive away is the village of La Punta, where there is a German bakery, bars and a small supermarket. This is also the location of the company where bananas are prepared for export. You can visit them and sometimes even receive bananas as a gift. La Punta is an excellent starting point for excursions to any part of the island. A 15-minute drive away is the village of Tijarafe, where there are banks, a pharmacy and a pizzeria. The largest town on the island is Los Llanos, which is about 12 km away.
