Composed of a 45m2 living / dining room with a fireplace, a TV screen, a DVD player and a HIFI system, it also offers an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and WC on the ground floor, as well as five bedrooms, a bathroom and WC on the 1st floor. The house has been fitted out for children: safety barriers at the top and bottom of the stairs, high chair, playpen, bed, toys. The garden furniture (table, chairs and sun loungers, barbecue, parasol) is placed on the terrace at the back of the house, as well as on the (grassy) one facing the sea. Four bikes and a ping pong table are available in the garage, which also has an additional fridge, washing machine and dryer. The house is equipped with WIFI, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit.
