In the countryside, in the middle of the fields, the calm is assured, no noise of cars, nor of neighbors, only the song of the birds. The pool is large, 5m by 10m. It will make the happiness of the whole family.brThe house is quite large, about 120 m2, with 4 beautiful rooms. The interior design allows two families to spend a beautiful holiday together while having each corner. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the 1st floor again two bedrooms and a bathroom.brThe golf of Saint Laurent is at the bottom of the garden and within walking distance of the rental. It is a very nice course of 18 holes, whose route meanders among the pines. Me same experienced golfer, I very much appreciate this course. If you play golf, I will gladly share a game with you.brThis house is in the countryside but only a few kilometers from the beautiful sandy beaches of Erdeven (Kerhilio, Kerouriec and Kerminihy). I went there by bike since last year. The wide beach of Kerhilio is ideal for families. The altitude difference is low and children can swim without danger. Kerouriec is quieter, but swimming is a little more sporty. Finally naturism is tolerated in Kerminihy.brFor lovers of Surfs, Kite Surf, sand yachting, the beaches of Sainte Barbe and the almost island of Quiberon are just a few kilometers away and waiting for you.
