The living room has direct access to the terrace and, to the right, is the large fully-equipped kitchen, decorated in shades of green. On the other side of the living room is a bedroom with two beds. Next to the entrance of the house is an exquisitely decorated bedroom with double bed and a complete bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor there is also a spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer. brbr brbrThe second floor of the house is more modern and has an incredible suite with living room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. There is another bedroom with double bed, private terrace and bathroom en suite with bath and shower, and a third bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with shower. brbr brbrThe exterior of the house is spacious and spectacular, with a very large covered terrace and a great barbecue, dining and sofa area, a pergola with a dining table near the kitchen door and another one next to the pool. The pool measures 15 x 6 m and has a separate area for children. The hill Pou Colomer forms part of this estate and you can make a nice hike there. Within 15 km, you’ll find 2 golf courses, Capdepera and Canyamel. If the beach is what you’re searching for, you can go to Son Serra de Marina in the north or explore the east coast and Cala Bona or Cala Ratjada. A car is necessary. brbr brbrThe private, 12 x 5 metres salt water pool has amazing views over the countryside. Around the pool, there’s a sun terrace with 6 sun loungers, an exterior shower and 2 parasols. Next to the pool you’ll find a shady sitting area with a table and chairs. The porch gives access to the interior of the house and to the living room with cozy sofa and a TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Besides, guests will enjoy free Wifi, a washing machine and 2 bathroms with shower and hair dryer. You can choose between 4 bedrooms, one with 1 single bed and the other three with a double bed each. (3 of them on the first floor and one on the ground floor) You can park for free outside the house. brbr brbrTo consider: brbr brbrThere's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa.
