On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall, to the left of which is the living room, equipped with a flat screen and satellite TV as well as a dining room with enough space for eight people. Next to the dining room there is a large kitchen, fully equipped and with plenty of space for lovers of the culinary arts. A small pantry and direct access to the barbecue area are also located in this area. To the right of the entrance, a stone archway leads to an air-conditioned double bedroom with views over the pool and garden, and a bathroom with shower in the adjoining room. From the same entrance a staircase leads to the upper floor where we find the rest of the bedrooms: a double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and private terrace, and two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and access to another private terrace. Our guests love to be outside and swim in the pool, sunbathe on one of the six sun loungers or have dinner with the whole family. Restored with care and attention to detail, it has managed to combine tradition and modernity to perfection. Located in a beautiful setting with the ever majestic Serra de Tramontana mountains as a backdrop, the property is halfway between the picturesque village of Pollensa, the popular bay of Puerto Pollensa, and that little jewel that is Cala San Vicente (a residential area with two small coves of crystal clear turquoise waters crowned by the watchful eye of Cavall Bernat - an impressive mountain with a vertical drop of over 350 metres that juts out several kilometres into the sea).brbrA large wrought iron gate welcomes us to the very spacious parking area and its well-kept gardens of palms and fruit trees.brThe main entrance opens onto a spacious dining room, followed by a comfortable lounge and a modern open plan kitchen. The preservation of traditional antique elements such as exposed stone walls, arches and wooden beams contrasts with the avant-garde decoration, the selection of neutral colours on walls and floors, and the clever lighting. Thus, before our eyes we find fantastic traditional touches with a touch of modernity.brThe dining room has a large table with seating for 12 and is air-conditioned. The comfortable lounge is also air-conditioned and has a large, intelligent television.brThe kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and a large American style fridge freezer. From the kitchen a door leads out to the rear of the house, where there is a generously sized brick barbecue and a huge pergola, ideal for succulent alfresco meals.brThe ground floor is completed by a small reading area and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. This room has a double bed by default, although it can be adapted into a double room with two twin beds.brOn the upper floor are the rest of the bedrooms. At the top of the stairs there is a landing where on the right hand side there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, while on the left hand side there is a long corridor with the rest of the rooms distributed on both sides. On the left hand side of the corridor there is a double bedroom and another bedroom at the back which can be either a twin or a double room. Both rooms share a bathroom with shower. To the right of the corridor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first one can be either a twin or a double room, while the one at the back is a double room. It is worth noting that all the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.brIn summary, the sleeping area has a double room, two twin rooms and three rooms which, on request and in advance, can be double or twin rooms.brOutside, apart from the aforementioned barbecue area next to a terrace perfect for outdoor meals, there is a huge 10 x 6 m swimming pool with integrated steps to facilitate access to the pool for adults and children alike. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers with pool towels, a fabulous Balinese bed, a beautiful garden area with lawn and hedges, wonderful views of the mountains, and a covered terrace with chill-out area where you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved holiday.
