Villa Sabater is a spacious 6 bedroom villa in a fantastic countryside setting, 5 minutes' drive from Pollensa Old Town. The town square and cobbled streets are filled with traditional restaurants, cafes and gift shops and has a great atmosphere. The house is spacious both inside and out, with accommodation spread over 3 levels, a large private swimming pool and lawned garden - ideal for large groups of friends or families holidaying together. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedroomsare included.

Villa Sabater is ideally positioned in Pollensa countryside in the area known as La Font, 5 minutes' drive from the old town. If you're looking for a holiday villa with a traditional Spanish vibe, this house is ideal. The property has several traditional features, plus the old town is full of authentic Spanish cafes, restaurants and shops. For a day at the seaside, Cala San Vicente's small sandy coves, as well as the huge sandy bay of Puerto Pollensa, are both within 15 minutes' drive.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
