Behind the trees is the stone house with green shutters and surrounded by lush vegetation reminiscent of the Serra de Tramuntana. brbr brbrYou enter the house and find the entrance hall furnished with classic Majorcan furniture. To the left, there is the old kitchen (now in disuse) decorated with furniture and objects more than 100 years old. Next to the old kitchen is a bedroom with double bed. Crossing the hallway you come into a spacious living room with a wrought iron fireplace and leather sofas in front of the television, from there a beautiful marble and wooden staircase leads to the first floor. To the right of the living room is a hallway leading to a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is a double bedroom with king size bed and terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a twin bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and terrace. brbr brbrFrom the living room there is access to the other wing of the house, with a spacious dining room with a table and a large fireplace, a guest toilet and the fully equipped kitchen which is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar on one side. From the dining room, a staircase leads to a suite with a large double bed and a bathroom with shower. brbrFrom the dining room there is also access to the covered terrace at the back of the house with a large table for 12 people and a barbecue. In front of the terrace is the beautiful swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and thatched umbrellas. Next to the pool, as well as a covered area with a ping-pong table, there are large gardens with different areas, ideal for strolling or reading a book in the shade of an oak tree.

A country road leads us to the house. With a magnificent stone facade, we enter the house from the back, from the private parking lot. Inside we find a three-part large living room. The first part is in front of the sofa and a cast iron fireplace. Through an arch we reach the second part, which is designed as a dining room with a large table and a fully equipped open kitchen with beautiful oak colored furniture. Dining, living room and kitchen lead directly to the outside terrace. brbrOn the ground floor we also find a toilet and a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom in suite with a shower. brbrOn the 2nd floor is a bedroomwith a double bed and bathroom in suite and another room with two single beds.
