That said, a 5 minute walk from the apartment, you ll find a bus stop with a direct connection to Ciutadella via line 65. From there, other lines depart for various parts of the island. Recently renovated, it offers a comfortable and well designed space. The apartment is accessed via the ground floor terrace, which opens onto the communal garden and leads directly into the living dining room. This space features a three seater sofa, a 43 inch TV with access to streaming platforms, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchen is integrated into the same space; it is open concept and equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine, and blender, as well as all the necessary kitchenware for a comfortable stay. From the living room, you enter the sleeping area, which is divided into two sections. On one side are two bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds, with a bathroom with a shower located between them. On the other side is the master suite, also featuring a 160 cm double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the outdoors, including the ground floor terrace and the communal garden.
