Our newly constructed apt building is just a few steps from the beach along the Sea of Cortez. This ground floor two-bedroom apt is wheelchair accessible and has ample living space, perfect for up to 5 people (with a sofa-bed in the living room). The kitchen has all of the essentials for preparing your own meals, including a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. The built-in bar is surrounded by four stools and makes for an excellent dining table; or laptop work space. The living room has wifi and a smart television which is also connected to Dishnet satellite service. The living room is also furnished with a sofa which converts to an extra individual bed; and has a comfy love seat. A/C in the living room and in every bedroom keeps the entire apartment at just the perfect temperature. brThe master bedroom has king bed, with end tables on each side (perfect for recharging your cell phones), and has a large chest of drawers and closet with ample storage space. The second bedroom has two beds: one very comfortable king size bed, and one individual bed; and has a large closet with ample storage space, and chest of drawers. The bathroom has immediate hot water and high water pressure; and a shower with a detachable head on a hose so you can direct the water wherever you please. There is an open living space which is next to the kitchen so you can cook and entertain at the same time. French doors open up the dining area so that you can let the breeze flow in while you relax indoors. The kitchen includes all necessary dining and silverware as well as a coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, a sink, and oven. There is also a washer and dryer located in the house. brbrThere is a BBQ in the upstairs patio area as well as an upstairs deck area covered with shade where you can sit and watch the sunrise or sunset over the mountains.brbrOur property manager is very accommodating and can book tours to offshore Coronado Island where you are almost certain to see dolphins and sea lions and can lounge at the island for the day and snorkel or lay by the crystal clear water. brbrThe beach and 3 different pools are all walking distance from the casa and you can walk right down the street to the local wine bar for a night cap. There is also a local coffee shop to get sandwiches and a coffee pick-me-up during the day. Also located walking distance is a mini market to buy any essentials. brThe casa includes wifi connectivity.brbrThe airport is called Loreto International Airport (LTO) and is about a 8 minute drive to the house. You can either take a taxi from the airport or rent a car during your stay. The house is about a 10-12 minute drive to the town of Loreto where there are many restaurants, the beach, shops, the Mission, and scenic areas to walk around.
