Luxury Beach Front Villa

Look no further for a great place to stay on the beach in Loreto! Beautiful property and the owner is very responsive and helpful!

Amazing home! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals in and all of the furnishings, art and decor are wonderful! The living room is larger than it appears in the picture. You are literally right on the beach and it’s only about a mile walk on the beach to town plaza. Jeanne was an awesome host! We highly recommend this home!The only downside are the mosquitoes- not anything to do with Jeanne or the home but if they like you like they do me, just be aware you won’t want doors or windows without screens open. We still had plenty of fresh air and breeze using the screened windows.

Casa Alicia Maria was everything we hoped for an more! The beach and neighborhood were very peaceful. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Many options to relax on the lovely outdoor patio. Mornings began with coffee at our Palapa watching the gorgeous sunrises, paddleboarding and kayaking after. Many afternoons spent relaxing at our private pool or beach walks along the sand bar at low tide. A short beach walk into town for shopping and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the music scene in town most evenings. Some evenings were spent on the rooftop watching the sunsets with some hot tub time and star gazing. So many highlights to our stay thanks to our amazing host, Jeanne. Private Blue Whale watching tour, a private trip to Coronado Island where we saw many pods of dolphins, sea lions basking in the sun and spending the afternoon on the whites sands and in the turquiose sea. Another highlight was our adventure out to La Picazone for the most amazing meal, views and conversation with Diego! We will definitely be returning to the wonderful town of Loreto and Casa Alicia Maria!

Host, Jeanne was very approachable and accessible.She seemed very intent to do whatever she could to help.An issue with hot water was remedied quickly and very politely. The accommodation is well located and remarkable for its home like atmosphere.

Everything was better than ever expected!! The location and house were amazing!! Jeanne went over and above to ensure everything was perfect, from suggestions for places to go, to showing us the house personally!! We enjoyed every second and cannot wait to go back!!

This house was the highlight of our Loreto trip. I wish we would have planned more meals around cooking at the house. It's right on the water. The pool was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable. Our host Jeanne was very informative and helpful. Wifi was great.Jeanne set us up with a local boat excursion to Coronado island for a day trip at a discount. Great sightseeing, turquoise water and white sand beach. Everything was great!

The property is beautiful and spotless. The location is very convenient to local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Jeanne was a great host and met us at the property to show us around and was available for any questions that arose during the stay. It was a perfect combination of secluded feel with easy access to conveniences.

Casa Alicia Maria was a heavenly sanctuary for our first stay in Loreto. It had everything we were looking for - beauty, comfort, cleanliness, pool, hot tub, right on the beach... The master bedroom bed was icing on the cake - super comfortable memory foam. We slept like babies. The neighborhood, Costa Loreto, is very nice with beautiful homes. And Jeannie is an awesome host - so helpful and kind. Don't hesistate to rent this house!

Beautiful

Quiet, private, safe, convenient to town. We visit Loreto as its not an all inclusive tourist destination. We enjoyed the kyaks, pool, beds, and ability to cook. We love & support the locals and fishing was great. As older couples we were very comfortable and hope to return!

Don’t let the tiny airport, isolated location and initial culture-shock fool you. What the expats and people of Loreto have found is truly magical. To spend 2 weeks in this beach house was paradise!

Great location, 1mile walk to town. Host helped with Chef and Taxi. Host is looking into hot water in guest bath and stronger Wyfi. We would go back.

One of the best properties we have enjoyed. The host is fabulous. Location the best. Stunning actually. It really is on the beach. Short walk to town. Clean. Kitchen well appointed. We cooked a lot. Quiet. Excellent outdoor setup. Nice hot tub on the roof. Great for stargazing in comfort. We will stay here again and every time we return to Loreto.

Beautiful house right on the beach. Interior design is lovely, you'd know someone decorated and filled it once for her own personal space. Jeanne was super helpful with any questions we had. Hope to go back!

We loved everything about our stay at Jeanne's property! We have traveled extensively throughout Baja and this is by far the nicest property we have come across! Jeanne welcomed us at check in and showed us around the property. The house was extremely clean and well stocked for our group. We enjoyed Jeanne's recommendations for massages at the house and fresh guacamole and salsa delivered to the house! The neighborhood is quiet and the hot tub was a bonus. We look forward to returning to this beautiful property!

This was our first trip to Loreto and already planning a return visit. The house was great and very comfortable. All the amenities needed were there and Jeanne was helpful for local insights.

Had a great 4-days here! Lots of fun in the sun, beach, oool and in town…. Hostess was amazing and super responsive as things came up. Our airplane was delayed leaving LAX so we arrived way late. She met us near the Hwy and helped us locate the property as it’s slightly north of town. She even provided cold beers and some snacks since the market was closed. Above and beyond!!!
