You will enjoy fantastic views of the Bay of La Paz/Sea of Cortez and the National Desert. Casa Linda del Sol is about 20 minutes from downtown La Paz and the Malecon (boardwalk) along the bay. brbrThis Mexican Colonial-style home features 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, each with it's own private bathroom with large shower and beautiful local Talavera pottery sinks. Each bedroom has it's own sliding door access to the full length back patio and pool.brbrThe casa is equipped with all new appliances. Kitchen area has granite countertops and all new small appliances. Separate laundry room with new full-size washer, dryer and storage pantry. From the living room area you have distant view of the Bay of La Paz/Sea of Cortez, the beautiful ever changing desert and the city night lights of La Paz. The smart TV allows you to connect to WiFi and Netflix. There are also HDMI ports. There are various books, puzzles, cards and games available to play as well. The outside back area has a full length tiled patio with a covered seating area. Patio table/chairs and lounge chairs compliment the patio. The heated pool is about 5 1/2 ft. deep with a shallow Baja Shelf ledge as well as easy steps in and out of the pool.brbrSince the back patio faces east, I can honestly say there is nothing more exquisite and beautiful than a La Paz sunrise! As you enjoy your morning coffee on the patio, you will experience the day coming alive! Listen to the morning sounds of the day awakening: birds singing, white-winged doves cooing, nearby roosters crowing, the buoy bell ringing in the bay... You may also experience a cow, horse or goat wandering thru. brbrYou will need a vehicle to get around La Paz.
