The outlook is over mature garden greenery, giving it a more sheltered and private feel rather than open views. The layout makes it a practical extension of the living space, with enough room for both dining and time relaxing outside. brbr brbrLocation brbrThe apartment is in the Las Adelfas complex in Nueva Alcántara, the beachside neighbourhood of San Pedro de Alcantara. San Pedro beach is around 50 metres away on foot, directly across the road from the complex entrance. The beach is wide and generally uncrowded. The sand is darker and slightly coarse, typical of this stretch of the Costa del Sol, and in some areas the shoreline can be slightly stony when entering the water, so aqua shoes can be useful. The promenade runs along the seafront for several kilometres and connects directly to Puerto Banus to the east. Many guests are surprised that you can walk all the way there along the seafront. It is lined with beach restaurants (chiringuitos), cafes, cycle lanes and playgrounds. Local restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all within easy reach. The nearest supermarket is around 15 minutes away. Puerto Banus is 10 to 15 minutes by car, or accessible along the promenade. For day trips further along the coast or into the hills, a car is useful but not essential for daily life. Day to day, most guests settle into a simple pattern: morning at the pool or on the beach, lunch at one of the chiringuitos along the promenade, and afternoons back on the terrace with the awning out. It is located right in the middle between the beach area and the town centre, meaning that it is a relatively short stroll both ways. brbr brbrThere are two terraces. The main one has lovely views of the garden, community pools and it extends all the way to the beach. You get to see the skyline and the sea. Please refer to the pictures to get an idea. In this terrace there is a sofa and a dining table for up to 6. You can have dinner with candles outside. brbr brbrThe lounge is comfortable and colourful and there is a dining area for 6 people. Of course, there is AC all throughout the apartment. brbr brbrBoth bedrooms has single beds but the master has the option to make it into a king size bed with a topper mattress. Both bathrooms has a sleek interior and walk-in showers. brbr brbrAs for the kitchen, it is shaped as a corridor and it is fully equipped for you. There is a traditional filter coffee machine. Aqua shoes are recommended, particularly for children. The main San Pedro promenade beach is around 15 to 16 minutes on foot to the east and offers a wider stretch of beach with easier access to the water, along with chiringuitos, cycle paths and playgrounds. There are two easy walking routes east toward the San Pedro promenade. One follows the beach. The other runs along Calle los Eucaliptos, a quiet shaded road past the Basilica Paleocristiana de Vega del Mar, a 4th-century early Christian site worth a visit, joining Avenida del Mediterraneo and from there the promenade.
