There is a bath-tub at the bathroom upstairs. 2 bedrooms are located on the lower floor and 3 are located on the upper level, which make the house ideal for 2 families or a large family/group. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.The bedrooms on the lower level stay relatively cool in summer.
