Spacious apartment in the center of the town a few meters from beaches and from El Balcón de Europa. Very bright and completely renovated. Parking included.
The apartment is at the top (third floor). There is no elevator, but it is easy to walk up the stairs. They are open and have their breaks.

A spacious two bedroom apartment that has been completely renovated. The third original bedroom has been converted into a dining room. Cars can be parked inside the block. Located inthe old part of the city, near the Balcony of Europe, with many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The nearest beach, Torrecilla Beach & Promenade is about 400 meters away on foot.

    This is a spotless apartment in a great location. Steps from the Balcony Eroupa, restaurants and a multitude of shops. Very well equipped kitchen, full size fridge and stove. The bed is. Comfortable but a bit hard for our tastes. Carlos was on time and answered all our questions. The parking is very convenient in a town where parking is tough.

    Besides the location it was nice apartment with parking place included and with afternoon sun at the balcony, but the balcony had a rather poor view.

    We had a perfect stay in this apartment. It was very well equipped with dishes, towels, bedding and all the essentials. It is in a perfect location and close to everything, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and to the Balcon de Europa. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and the walk along the River Chillar, and also within walking distance to the Alsa bus stop if you want to take any day trips to other small communities in the area. Community bus stop is right outside the door. We walked everywhere and never needed a car. While there is no view of the water or mountains, there is a good size patio that allows lots of light into the apartment and lots of afternoon sun. Great place to eat, visit and play cards. Just step outside the apartment block and everything is literally a few steps away. Our contact Miguel was so very helpful whenever we needed anything and was very responsive when we reached out by text or a phone call. His English was better than our Spanish for sure but we communicated successfully via google translate whenever there was an issue. The owner Juan was very responsive as well and helpful with any questions we had. This apartment is a 3rd floor walk up without an elevator. If I had anything negative to say about this place this would be it. My husband and I are getting older so this was a little difficult for us when we had groceries to bring up but going up and down the stairs certainly gave us our daily exercise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.
