Large typical house of approx. 250 m2. a perfect place to feel far away from the tourist trail in an authentic Mallorcan Mediterranean village, Alcudia. brbr brbrAn historical arch and a typical Mallorcan stone-stairs will receive you in a warm atmosphere. On the ground floor there is the a Hall with over-sized sofa area, a Living Room with a 37’ flat satellite TV, free Wifi. brbr brbrNext to the entrance we find a huge fully-equipped kitchen and a large dining area with views to the patio and the swimming pool. From there we can access the patio. Here we find an outdoor dining area and a lovely swimming pool with views to the wall and the local church.
